The Holly Hill Farms HOA includes all 138 lots. This yearly amount takes care of snow removal, maintaining the entrances, and administrative activities with the City of Farmington Hills. A list of HOA activities is as follows:
Maintaining, snow plowing, and salting roads
Maintaining the entrances
Welcoming new residents
Enforcing restrictions concerning building exterior and lot improvements through the Architectural Control Committee
Organizing social activities
Participating in the city’s Neighborhood Watch program
Social Media Management including NextDoor, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
Providing a neighborhood directory to residents

In addition to the Holly Hill Farms HOA, Upper and Lower Holly Lake are maintained by the 23 houses surrounding Holly Lake. Each of these homes owns a slice of the pond and take responsibility for keeping it beautiful. The pond care contribution goes toward:
Treating the ponds with a dye to mitigate algae growth
Hiring wildlife-handling companies to relocate geese if population becomes an issue
Obtain DNR permits for Geese Control
Maintain Pond Levels by controlling the upper pond well
Maintain Aeration pumps
Maintain Aeration diffusor in the pond
Maintain small boat ramps used for pond treatment
Maintain the above activities within the budget
