About

Holly Hill Farms

Holly Hill Farms subdivision is a small, friendly community located in Oakland County in Southeast Michigan just 30 minutes away from downtown Detroit. Holly Hill Farms has a unique history. Carefully planned in the mid 50’s, the subdivision was carefully designed without fences, enhancing its natural surroundings of water, trees, hills and wildlife. The original homes were custom built one-of-a-kind mid century marvels with a mix of sprawling ranches and unique multi-level homes with character and privacy. Its early residents were car designers, architects, and artists. Today the neighborhood is diverse in age, ethnicity, and background with mostly long term homeowners and families. The few houses that end up on the market sell quickly.

The Homeowner’s Association conducts social activities such as garden tours, wine tasting parties, yoga, a summer picnic on the pond, and many others. It is also a very safe community that actively participates in the Farmington Hills Neighborhood Watch program. Nearly seventy years later, Holly Hill Farms is still proud of its heritage and the community is stronger than ever.
