Beautification Awards

We use the categories below to consider nominees:

• Exterior Harmony 

Continued upkeep or upgrades with the thought of harmony in color scheme and architectural style flowing with the community. 

• Landscaping 

Continued upkeep or upgrades to landscaping elements. Environmentally conscious eradication of invasive species.   

• Architectural Renovation & Maintenance

Minor or major upgrades to architectural elements.

The Beautification Award was created by Holly Hill Farms HOA many years ago to reward and recognize homeowners for continued dedication of maintaining and improving their property. This maintenance and upgrading makes Holly Hill Farms a desirable and valuable place to live.

Nominations are submitted by neighbors or the Architectural Committee, with five winners being selected on August 1st of each year. As a sign of appreciation and recognition, a beautification sign gets placed in the winners yard and will later be picked up on September 1st.

This award also comes with a small gift and a custom drawn photo of your property which is an indication of Holly Hill Farms’ gratitude toward hard work and the community.
